Territorial plan
The territorial plan deals with the spatial arrangement and functional use of the territory. In other words: it determines the conditions under which it is possible to build in the village. It gives priority answers to the questions: what and where to build. Competent authorities will only allow construction to be carried out that is in accordance with the spatial plan and will allow it to be built only under the conditions given in it. The municipal council approves the regional plan and is responsible for it. It is publicly available and stored at the building office.
TERRITORY PLAN OF BYSTRIČANA MUNICIPALITY - AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS NO. 3
Members of the municipal council at their meeting on 9/29/2021 approved the final version of the spatial plan - Zonal plan of the municipality of Bystričany - Amendments and additions no. 3. The documentation was prepared by the company AGS atelier - authorized architect Ing. arch. Gabriel Szalay in the total amount of 9,360 euros without VAT (11,232 euros with VAT), while the municipality received a non-refundable financial contribution for this project from the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic in the amount of 7,488 euros.
