Street tournament for the mayor's cup 2022

The annual battle between the five football teams from Bystričia, which are fighting for the mayor's cup, was not missing in 2022 either. After last year's absence of Capina and the adjusted system of the tournament, all 5 teams were registered this year, and they competed against each other in head-to-head matches. Each player from the teams: Capina, Chalmová, Patočina, Pastierička and Cintorínka wanted to please their fans and bring the cup to their part of the village. Traditionally, during the football tournament, interested parties over 60 years of age also took part in the event, who tested their skills in kicking penalty kicks. After the great sporting performance of the players, the mayor of the village, Mgr. Filip Lukáč evaluated the results of the tournament. The program was followed by traditional dance entertainment with DJ Majo. There was no shortage of participants in the tournament, because we can no longer imagine summer in our village without this event. We thank all the participants and we hope that we will meet together in such a sporty mood next year as well.
