Bringing out moraine and welcoming spring 2022

Part of our culture are folk customs and traditions that we remember every year. One of them is bringing out a moraine, a straw dummy of an old woman, which symbolized the departure of winter, diseases and evil forces holding back the arrival of spring. For our ancestors, welcoming spring meant the birth of a new life and the beginning of better times. It is for this reason that we should not forget these customs. They are an important and integral part of the tradition left to us by past generations. And that's why we believe that spring will visit us for good and we will enjoy the Easter holidays in sunny and warm weather. This is how we saw off winter and welcomed spring with children from our elementary school by carrying out moraine in the central zone of our village. We thank our clever cultural committee for the Easter decoration.
